Noda

Home to the best galleries and performance venues, NoDa is named Charlotte’s historic art district. The community embraces the title by having gallery crawls on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month along with many music festivals and events throughout the year.

The Cuisine

NoDa embraces local cuisine alongside funky bars encompassing a hipster vibe. Here you can eat Cajun at Boudauex’s Louisiana kitchen, local fare Salvator Deli, coastal Baja Mexican at Cabo Fish Taco, or casual italian at Revolution. You may need to stop for dessert at The Smelly Cat Cafe or Amelie’s Bakery.

Fat City Lofts and Highland Mills are a few of the apartment and loft options, however, the neighborhood has plenty of spectacular rehabbed bungalows. Real estate in the area has a variety of options from lofts to bungalows all within waking distance to the main intersection of 36th and Davidson.
